How to Enroll

Log on to the enrollment website at https://whitecastle.benefitsnow.com or the Alight Mobile app (available through the Apple App Store or Google Play) to enroll in your benefits for 2025.

Logging on for the first time? From the enrollment website, register as a new user and follow the prompts to provide requested information and set up your username and password.

Already registered? If you have not accessed your account within the last 90 days, you will have to reset your password in order to log in. To reset your password, visit the enrollment website at https://whitecastle.benefitsnow.com, click on "Forgot User ID or Password?" and follow the prompts to confirm your identity.

To eliminate delays in receiving a password reset, you should add a current email address to your account.

Following your enrollment, you may still need to take action. If you do, the required follow-ups will appear on a confirmation page.

Lisa can also connect you with a web chat representative and other helpful resources. You can also call The Corporate Health Exchange Call Center for White Castle at 1.855.564.6151 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday.
